Annual Festival of World Sacred Music, held in Brighton, UK, featuring international and UK-based artists from diverse traditions.
Brighton's unique World Sacred Music Festival exists to bring people of all beliefs and cultures together through the wonderous beauty of sound and song.
Our mission is to promote understanding across boundaries of religion, ethnicity, language and nation by providing opportunities to experience moments of genuine transformation through sacred music and arts'.
Each year we include more world-class acts, stage more free events and include more people - of all ages - to inform, entertain, challenge and above all inspire. We are now developing a schools education programme and expanding our work with Lewes Prison.
But it all costs money and the Festival can recoup only about 30 per cent of its costs through ticket sales. For the rest we rely on the generosity of our founders and sponsors, donors and Friends.
